Registration 2025

Welcome to the Haddon Hall Swim Team Registration! 

REGISTRATION FEES:

$80.00 per swimmer

Swimmer Participation Requirement:

All swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards (1 lap) and tread water for 30 seconds unassisted. The coaches will observe your child/children's ability to swim a complete lap and tread water at the first practice of the season. If your child is unable to complete a lap and tread water, due to safety reasons, they will be unable to attend practice sessions until they can.

Each swimmer will receive a T-shirt and a swim cap.  First year swimmers will receive a mesh drawstring bag. Third year swimmers receive a towel at the end of the season. Registration fees also include: ice cream party, end of season awards party, and participation medal.

**Please note for your registration to be complete, you must select volunteer positions that total at least 4 points!**

Volunteering

​Families who have been with the team for three or more years are required to fill out a volunteer preference for jobs that require slightly more knowledge. Please select the job you are most willing to assist with if the need arises. *

Parent Agreement

PARENT AGREEMENT:

  1. I hereby certify that my child(ren) is/are in normal health and capable of safe participation on the Haddon Hall Summer Swim Team.
  2. I support the Haddon Hall Swim Team Philosophy, which is based on participation, fun physical fitness and health, skill development, teamwork, fair play, family involvement,
    and volunteer leadership.
  3. I will review the Haddon Hall Pool Rules with my child(ren) and
    understand that participation on the Swim Team includes compliance with these rules.
  4. I understand that swim team members must be permanent residents of Haddon Hall or children of HOA members in order to participate on the Haddon Hall Swim Team.
  5. I certify as a parent or permanent guardian of the child, my homeowner’s dues are current and understand this will be verified through HRW.
  6. I am willing and able to participate as a volunteer. I understand that I am required to fulfill at least 4 volunteer points during the swim season.

Waiver

WAIVER:

I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release the Haddon Hall Homeowners Association, Haddon Hall Swim Team, Tarheel Swimming Association, pool managers and operators, volunteers and coaches from above named participants’ injury or loss which might occur during participation and travel to and from planned events, including injury or loss arising from or contributed to by any physical impairment or defect that said participants may have, whether latent or patent, and I agree that sponsors and promoters are under no obligation to provide physical examination or other evidence of said participants’ fitness to participate in such activities, the same being my sole responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A cancellation form must be completed one week prior to the first official TSA swim meet in order for a refund to be issued. There is a $10 nonrefundable processing fee per swimmer. Nonattendance does not entitle you to a refund. This includes failure to attend due to illness, vacation, or inclement weather.
